* Coordination of literacy initiative with other child care training.
10:05 * Department of Workforce Services and Department of Health proposal to link consumer subsidy rate to licensure/certification, training, and
accreditation of provider. Funding required to implement this proposal.
* Professional Child Care Apprenticeships.

11:00 4. Tax Credit for Contributions to Child Care
* Review of draft legislation authorizing a tax credit for contributions by corporations to child care providers. Alternatives for task force action
include (1) modifying the draft; (2) adopting the draft and referring it to the
Legislature; and (3) referring the issue to the Business Commission on Child
Care.
