         S.B. 42 "Occupational and Professional Licensure Sunrise Task Force" (1998 General Session), created the task force. With the approval of the Legislative Management Committee, the task force will report to the Business, Labor, and Economic Development Interim Committee. The task force will bring proposed legislation to the committee.

        S.B. 197 "Task Force on Local Airport Funding" (1998 General Session ), created the task force and requires the task force to give a report to the Business, Labor, and Economic Development Interim Committee and the Revenue and Taxation Interim Committee.

3:55 p.m.     8. Report from the Electrical Deregulation and Customer Choice Task Force
        H.B. 313, "Electrical Deregulation and Customer Choice Task Force" (1997 General Session), created the two-year task force. At the direction of the Legislative Management Committee, the task force gave an interim report to the Business, Labor, and Economic Development Interim Committee and the Public Utilities and Technology Interim Committee in 1997. This will be the final report of the task force.
