2. Child Support Guidelines Amendments
This bill changes the appointment and dissolution dates for the Child Support Guidelines Advisory Committee and makes clarifying corrections to the statute.

3. Peace Officer Standards and Training Council Amendments
This bill modifies the Peace Officer Standards and Training Act regarding Training Council membership.

This bill modifies the Criminal Code by creating an offense of commercial burglary with respect to individuals who return and commit retail theft at a property where that individual has previously been prohibited from returning.

This bill removes confusing language regarding a case in which a jury might return a "no-cause" verdict.

This bill modifies the definition of certain promotional activities that are exempted from statutory provisions governing fringe gambling.

10. Asset Division in Divorce Proceedings
This bill would prohibit the court from awarding property in a divorce in such a manner as to cause one of the parties to be dependent on public assistance.
