2.     R.S. 2477 Plan Report

Subsection 63C-4-104(5) requires the Constitutional Defense Council to jointly, with the Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office, present a plan which establishes a broad framework of a proposed working relationship between the state and local government rights under R.S. 2477.

3.     Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office Activities and Expenditures

Section 63J-4-603(1)(i)(ii) requires the Public Lands Policy Coordinator to report annually, or more often if necessary or requested, concerning the Office's activities and expenditures.

4.     Sage Grouse Working Group Update

The Director of the Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office will update the committee on the activities of the Sage Grouse Working Group.

5.     Children's Land Alliance - Trust Land Issues

The Children's Land Alliance is a multi state non-profit corporation whose stated purpose is "to create advocates for educational opportunities for children from school trust lands by cultivating a network of western education communities, sharing creative solutions to the management, investment and use of the trust corpus, and empowering beneficiaries to effectively support prudent management of school trusts."

6.     Big Game Hunting

The Division of Wildlife Resources will discuss the various opportunities for big game hunting in Utah and how the division administers tags and licenses for big game hunting.
