9:45 a.m. 4. Key Factors Contributing to High Student Achievement

The State Board of Education will review key factors contributing to high student achievement, as well as programs implemented and resources needed to support high student achievement.

10:15 a.m. 5. State Rankings in Education

Task force staff will review how the 50 states rank by student performance on the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) and ACT and high school graduation rate. The task force may consider setting goals for the state to achieve a certain ranking.
