Education First has compiled a report providing an overview of the relationship between
education and economic development and proposing a five-year plan for
innovation, investment, and accountability in education.

The task force will review proposed legislation that
increases the individual income tax rate and allocates the increased tax
revenues for certain public education purposes.

The task force will review proposed legislation that
creates a competitive grant program to improve school level outcomes through
