1. Committee Business

· Call to order

· Approval of the minutes of the November 19, 2014, meeting

2. 2015 Health and Human Services Legislation

The committee will review the outcomes of health and human services legislation introduced during the 2015 General Session of the Legislature.

3. Identifying Objectives for 2015 Interim Studies

The committee will begin identifying the issues it wishes to cover in its in-depth study of four issues assigned by the Legislative Management Committee:

· Expansion of the Medicaid Preferred Drug List

· Medical Marijuana

· Care for the Elderly

· Medical Liability

4. Implications of Utah's Changing Demographics

Interim Rule IR2-2-103 requires each "interim committee [to] devote part of its May interim meeting to long-term planning for the areas over which the committee has jurisdiction." The committee will consider some of the public policy implications of Utah's changing demographics.

5. Open and Public Meetings Act Training

Pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-104, the committee will be briefed on the Open and Public Meetings Act.
