2. Scope of the Working Group

The chairs will outline the issues and focus of the working group including deadlines and reporting of any recommendations.

3. Postretirement Employment Issues

Postretirement employment restrictions have been a continuing issue since the 2010 retirement reforms. The working group will hear background and perspectives from staff, interested groups, and individuals on postretirement employment restrictions including actuarial costs, fiscal impacts, contribution rates, impacts on hiring, employee retention, reemployment of post-retirees, and morale.
