The committee will receive a presentation on how different states select state school board members.

4. Draft Legislation "State Education Governance Revisions"

The committee will consider draft legislation, "State Education Governance Revisions," which changes the membership of the state school board and modifies the method by which state school board members are selected.

5. Draft Legislation "Proposal to Amend Utah Constitution – State Board of

Education Changes"

The committee will consider draft legislation, "Proposal to Amend Utah Constitution – State Board of Education Changes," which proposes to amend the Utah Constitution to change the membership of the state school board and modify the method by which state school board members are selected.
