      2.   Statutory Duties of the Committee 

            Staff will review the duties of the committee as outlined in statute.

      3.   U.S. Supreme Court Case Regarding Licensing 

Staff will brief the committee regarding the U.S. Supreme Court ruling "North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners v. FTC," which addresses antitrust immunity for state boards, committees, and commissions.

      4.   Three Tiers of Licensing 

The committee will have a discussion about a proposal for three tiers of licensing.

      5.   Scope of the Committee

The committee will have a discussion about the scope of the committee. Particularly, should the scope be broadened to include review of occupations and professions licensed under statute elsewhere from Utah Code Title 58, Occupations and Professions?

      6.   Standards for Determining Unlawful or Unprofessional Conduct

            The committee will have a discussion about the court case “Cook vs. Department of Commerce.”
