2. Felony Assault Amendments

The committee will discuss draft legislation that would create the offense of strangulation as a third degree felony.

3. Off Duty Law Enforcement Officer Employment Amendments

The committee will discuss draft legislation that would address the employment of law enforcement officers as security while they are off duty.

4. Death Penalty Cost and Process

The committee will continue discussion regarding the death penalty process. The discussion will focus on the state and federal appeals process.
