               3.    Veterans Administration: CHOICE Program

The CHOICE Program allows those already enrolled in Veterans Administration health care to receive health care in their community. Commission staff will brief the commission on the program.

               4.    Draft bill, "Veterans’ and Military Affairs Commission Amendments"

The bill adds a representative of the Veterans Administration to the membership of the commission and removes the sunset date for the commission.

               5.    Draft bill, "Interstate Compact on Military Children Amendments"

The bill eliminates the requirement that National Guard and Reserve members be on orders pursuant to Title 10, U.S.C. in order to qualify for coverage under the compact.
