Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

MOTION:     Sen. Ipson moved to approve the minutes of February 22, 2917. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-5.

1. 1st Sub. H.B. 110 Controlled Substance Amendments (Ray, P.)

Rep. Ray explained the bill.

MOTION:     Sen. Ipson moved to amend 1st Substitute H.B. 110 with Amendment #2.

2. S.B. 252 Special Election to Fill United States House of Representatives Vacancy (Bramble, C.)

MOTION:     Sen. Bramble moved to replace S.B. 252 with 1st Substitute S.B. 252. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-5.

MOTION:     Sen. Ipson moved to pass 1st Substitute S.B. 252 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-5.

3. S.B. 259 Certified Public Accountant Licensing Act Amendments (Bramble, C.)

Sen. Bramble explained the bill.

MOTION:     Sen. Bramble moved to pass S.B. 259 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-5.

MOTION:     Sen. Ipson moved to place S.B. 259 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-5.

Sen. Bramble resumed the chair.

4. 1st Sub. H.B. 75 Common Ownership Amendments (Froerer, G.)

Sen. Ipson explained the bill.

John Richards, attorney, spoke in favor of the bill.

MOTION:     Sen. Hemmert moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 75 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-5.

MOTION:     Sen. Ipson moved to reconsider action on HB0110S01 and to remove HB0110S01 from the Consent Calendar. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-5.

5. H.B. 201 Condominium and Community Association Amendments (Moss, C.)

Sen. Ipson presented the bill with the assistance of John Richards, attorney. Rep. Moss spoke in favor of the bill.

MOTION:     Sen. Ipson moved to pass H.B. 201 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-5.

6. 2nd Sub. H.B. 83 Rental Application Disclosure Amendments (Cutler, B. R.)

Rep. Cutler explained the bill.

MOTION:     Sen. Hemmert moved to pass 2nd Substitute H.B. 83 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-5.

MOTION:     Sen. Hemmert moved to adjourn. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-5.
