MOTION: Rep. Hollins moved to approve the minutes of the February 28, 2018 meeting. The motion passed with a vote of 7-0-5.

MOTION: Rep. Redd moved to return 1st Substitute S.B. 172 to the Rules Committee and request the chairs draft a letter requesting that the bill be referred to interim study by the Health Reform Task Force and the Social Services Appropriations Subcommittee. The motion passed with a vote of 7-3-2.
