Rep . Arent introduced the resolution assisted by Ms. Ashley Miller, Breathe Utah, and Vice Chair, Air Quality Policy Board, and Mr. Alan Matheson, Executive Director, Department of Environmental Quality.
MOTION: Rep. Thurston moved to pass H.C.R. 13 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 13-0-1.
