Rep. Christofferson moved to hold H.B. 407, by way of sending the bill to the interim for further study by the committee.
SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Rep. Christofferson moved to replace H.B. 407 with 1st Substitute H.B. 407. The substitute motion passed with a vote of 8-0-3.
