Chair Fillmore called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m..
1. 1st Sub. H.B. 357 Public Education Funding Stabilization (Spendlove, R.)
Rep. Spendlove explained the bill.
MOTION: Rep. Henderson moved to replace 1st Substitute H.B. 357 with 2nd Substitute H.B. 357. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-4.
