1.S.B. 221 Water Related Sales and Use Tax Amendments (Hinkins, D.)
Sen. David Hinkins presented with the assistance of Teresa Wilhelmsen, State Engineer and Director of the Utah Division of Water Rights, and Candice Hasenyager, Director, Utah Division of Water Resources.
MOTION:Sen. Davis moved to replace S.B. 221 with 1st Substitute S.B. 221.The motion passed with a vote of 9-0-0.
