2.3rd Sub. H.B. 364 Housing Affordability Amendments (Whyte, S.)
Rep. Stephen Whyte presented the bill with the assistance of David Damschen, President and Chief Executive Officer, Utah Housing Corporation; Wayne Niederhauser, Utah Homelessness Coordinator; and Cameron Diehl, League of Cities and Towns.
Increase the Utah Low Income Housing Tax Credits
Mike Ostermiller, Utah Association of Realtors and Commission of Housing Affordability, spoke in favor of the bill.
Due to technical difficulties, Mike Ostermiller on behalf of Chris Gamvroulas, Ivory Homes and President, Utah Property Rights Coalition, spoke in favor of the bill.
Taz Besinger, representing Utah Home Builders Association, spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION:Sen. Millner moved to pass 3rd Substitute H.B. 364 out favorably.
Sen. Millner withdrew her motion.
