No significant state fiscal impact. The provisions of this bill will reduce loan service fee revenue (Dedicated Credits) to the Division of Finance by approximately $37,000. The Division of Finance will have to adjust their budget to accommodate the loss of revenue that is paid by the Department of Community and Economic Development. The legislation will potentially produce some savings for the Olene Walker Housing Trust Fund.
