AMENDED BILL
Passage of this bill could increase local revenues by as much as $36,000,000 if passed by all counties. If the counties hold a special election then revenues could come in as early as FY 2000. The Tax Commission would require an appropriation from the Sales and Use Tax Administration Fee of $98,900 in FY 2000 to implement the provisions of the bill.
