Passage of this bill could result in a Uniform School Fund loss of $3,500 in FY 2001 and $7,700 in FY 2002. Passage of this bill will also increase administrative fees by $1,000 in FY 2001 and by $3,000 in FY 2002. The revenue from these fees is appropriated to the System of Higher Education for the Higher Education Savings Incentive Program.
