This bill appropriates $2,000,000 from the Uniform School Fund to the Utah State Board of Education for FY 2000. The appropriation is nonlapsing. The bill also stipulates that the Legislature shall provide an annual appropriation to the State Board of Education to fund the alternative middle schools program.
