Repeal of Privatization Policy Board will save approximately $3,500. Creation of the new Private Enterprise Review Commission will cost approximately $1,000, providing a net savings of $2,500. The preparation of Competitive Impact Statements are estimated to cost $25,000. Local governments estimate that their costs for Competitive Impact Statements will run about $5,000. The Division of Purchasing will need one additional purchasing agent at a cost of approximately $47,200, which includes $4,000 in one-time equipment costs.
