AMENDED NOTE
This bill establishes the "Occupational and Professional Licensure Review Committee. It is estimated that the bill will generate approximately $5,000 General Fund revenue per year. An appropriation of $18,000 General Fund will be required. Those funds will be disbursed as follows: $1,500 to the Senate, $1,500 to the House of Representatives, and $15,000 to the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel. Any approved group which is subsequently licensed will increase revenue to the Commerce Service Fund and workload to the Department of Commerce.
