This bill funds a variety of agencies and programs to make Drug Courts a statewide program and establishing a pilot Drug Board in Davis and Weber Counties. FY 2001 funding would be as follows: Human Services $3,971,000 Corrections 413,400 Courts 538,200 Board of Pardons 77,400 Funding for FY 2002 and beyond would be as follows: Human Services $3,351,800 Corrections 250,000 Courts 538,200
