AMENDED NOTE
Assuming half of the terminations requested a trial, 75 trials would be added to the courts' workload, costing approximately $100,800. Similar increases in the Attorney General's workload would require an additional 2 attorneys, support staff and witness costs, totalling $462,400. Staff cost to Divison of Child and Family Services to cover trials and related activities is estimated at $99,100, part of which ($15,900) would be from Federal Title IV-E funds.
