This bill appropriates, on a one-time basis, from the General Fund $250,000 each to the Office of the Attorney General and the Department of Human Service for FY 2001. However, some of the functions required by the bill is ongoing in nature and it is estimated that at least half ($250,000) will be required as ongoing funding in FY 2002 and beyond.
