For FY 2001, $1,350,000 from the Mineral Lease Bonus Account was allocated to meet current State Funding requirements. With passage of this legislatation there would be a shortfall of $750,000. No net fiscal impact in future years. This bill will not change the amount of Mineral Lease funds the state receives but will change the distribution.
