State Impact:
Estimated ongoing costs for processing over 400 evidentiary hearings is estimated at $122,500. In addition, start-up costs in FY 2002 for programming at the courts is estimated at $20,000.

Individual and Business Impact:
Stalkers will be subject to civil injunctions and warrantless arrest.
