State Impact:
Passage of this bill would result in one additional incarceration annually. This would require an appropriation to the Department of Corrections in the amount of $23,000 in FY 2002 and an appropriation of $46,000 in FY 2003.

Individual and Business Impact:
Individuals convicted under this legislation would receive increased prison time.
