HB0205 - Employers' Reinsurance Fund Special Assessment

State Impact:
Passage of this bill could increase the Employers' Reinsurance Fund by $6,135,000 in FY 2003 and by $6,442,000 in FY 2004. However, these increases will only occur if an independent actuary determines they are necessary and the Labor Commission elects to do the increase.
Individual and Business Impact:
There is a potential increase in premiums for those who pay workers compensation premiums.
