SB0008 - Reauthorization of Utah Steam Coal Tax Credit

State Impact:
Currently $1,500,000 in Uniform School Fund is diverted annually as a result of this credit. Passage of this bill would continue this diversion through January 1, 2007.
Individual and Business Impact:
Passage of this bill would continue to allow companies who are currently eligible under existing statute to apply for steam coal tax credits.
