		Fiscal Note SB0058s1 - Repeal of Nursing Facilities Assessment

State Impact:
This bill decreases the amount of revenue generated by the Nursing Facility Assessment by $1 million and replaces it with $1 million from the General Fund. The bill also appropriates $1.3 million from the restricted account to the University of Utah Health Science Center.

Individual and Business Impact:
