		Fiscal Note SB0081 - Provisions Relating to High-Level Nuclear Waste

State Impact:
Any fiscal impact required to enact provisions of this bill can be handled within existing budgets. Provisions of the bill creates a Genral Fund Restricted Account - Nuclear Accident and Hazard Compensation Account. Funds collected from fees required in the bill will be deposited in the account. It is unknown at this time the amount of fees that might be collected or expended from the account. Local Governments estimate a loss of revenue of $100,000 if provisions of the bill are enacted.
