State Impact:
There would be minimal impact on State and local tax collections from provisions in this bill.
Individual and Business Impact:
This bill could have some impact on employees and companies contracting with cities, towns, and counties, if they have been hiring employees at a higher local minimum rate than the federal minimum wage. It is estimated the hourly rate difference would be relatively small.
