HB0237 - Requirements for Off-highway Vehicles
State Impact:
It is estimated that the enactment of this bill could reduce Parks revenues by $29,700 due to limiting the ability of park rangers to cite non-registered off-highway vehicles. It will also require an on-going General Fund appropriation of $2,100, beginning in FY 2009, for training, calibration, and maintenance of that equipment.
