Enactment of this bill may result in adjustment of tax levies and redistribution of associated revenue among school districts in counties of the first class. Counties of the first class may incur additional costs associated with coordination, billing, collection, and distribution of tax revenues among school districts. Individuals and businesses may experience increases or decreases to property taxes in counties of the first class. Potential tax changes may require adjustment of redevelopment agency base year values for redeveloment projects within counties of the first class.
