SB0151 - Trademark Protection Act Amendments
State Impact:
Enactment of this bill will require an additional appropriation of $50,000 to the Commerce Service Fund for additional database usage and promotional expenses. It is anticipated that the Department of Commerce will receive additional fee revenue of $50,000 to offset the cost of the implementation of this bill.
