Enactment of this bill will require a one-time General Fund appropriation of $18,000 to the Courts and a one-time appropriation of $1,500 and an ongoing appropriation of $2,500 from the Commerce Service Fund to the Department of Commerce. Commerce Service Fund spending affects the annual transfer to the General Fund.
