HB0292 - Abusive Workplace Policies Act

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will likely result in a one-time cost of $71,700 General Fund for the Attorney General's office to ensure implementation of procedures within agencies, as well as designation of a neutral body for agencies to take actions on complaints. To the extent that new civil causes of action established in this bill result in court cases against state agencies, the State may incur additional costs.
