HB0033 - Fireworks Amendments

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will reduce revenue to the General Fund by an estimated $1,500 in FY 2013 and $1,600 in FY 2014 and each fiscal year thereafter by reducing the time fireworks may be sold by 1 day.
