State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
The state will incur costs for legal and accounting services to the extent that the rights asserted in this bill are exercised. Such costs could include programming of the state financial system ($42,000 one-time) and an additional employee in the Division of Finance (up to $82,300 ongoing).

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Enactment of this bill likely will not result in direct, measurable costs for local governments.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Enactment of this bill likely will not result in direct, measurable expenditures by Utah residents or businesses.
