State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill may increase the cost of the State Office of Education's oversight role by $20,000 annually.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Beginning in FY 2015, school districts may see an increase in budgeting costs of $0 to $25,000 per school, or up to $23 million. To enable more local budgeting, school districts would likely see cost savings at the school district level of up to $23 million.

Enactment of this bill likely will not result in direct, measurable expenditures by Utah residents or businesses.
