State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill may cost the Court $44,800 ongoing from the General Fund beginning in FY 2013 for additional time required to establish incapacity. Courts may also establish a system for monitoring guardians and conservators which the Court is currently doing using a $90,000 annual federal grant already included in its budget.
