State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
If 500 individuals donate $35 each year for the bill's provisions, revenue to the new Martin Luther King, Jr. Civil Rights Support Restricted Account would be $17,500 annually; annual Dedicated Credits revenue would be $2,000 for license plate production, and annual Transportation Fund revenue would be $500. Start-up costs for the program have been met by private donation(s).
