HB0013 - Protection of Children Riding in Motor Vehicles

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Beginning in FY 2015, enforcement through the courts will cost about $6,600 in ongoing General Fund that will be off-set by annual General Fund revenue of $5,000 from fines for a net annual impact of $1,600.
