State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost the Tax Commission $8,600 one-time for setup fees for a new special group license plate decal. This decal will not be issued until funding is secured. Each decal issued will increase revenue to the Transportation Fund by $6 and Tax Commission Dedicated Credits by $4. Revenue will vary based on the number of individuals requesting these plates.
