Enactment of this bill will cost the Courts $124,200 ongoing from the General Fund beginning in FY 2014 for judge and court clerk time. Provisions of the bill will also cost the Department of Corrections an estimated $27,400 in FY 2014 ongoing from the General Fund for incarceration costs.
