State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enacting this bill will result in a $1,200 per year net increase in ongoing General Fund revenue beginning in FY 2014. Enactment of this bill will cost the Courts $4,000 per year from the General Fund. The bill will also generate about $5,200 per year in new General Fund revenue.

Enactment of this bill will annually generate about $88,800 in revenue for local governments.

About 2,765 violators will pay about $34 on average for a total of $94,000 ($5,200 to the State and $88,800 to local governments).
