State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enacting this bill will result in a $1,200 per year net increase in ongoing General Fund revenue beginning in FY 2014. Enactment of this bill will cost the Courts $4,000 per year from the General Fund. The bill will also generate about $5,200 per year in new General Fund revenue.
